Sub-Area Planning: New Town
The New Town Sub-Area Plan was approved by City Council on June 4, 2023. The plan will now act as the guiding document for new development in the New Town Sub-Area generally defined as the areas along Wadsworth Boulevard and Bypass between the G Line tracks on the north and Interstate 70 on the south. The Arvada Marketplace shopping center along 52nd Avenue is also included in this area.
