Sub-Area Planning: Northwest Arvada

The Northwest Sub-Area Plan was approved by City Council on June 4, 2023. The plan will now act as the guiding document for new development in the Northwest Sub-Area generally defined as the area east of State Highway 93 to Gladiola Street, including the Indiana Street corridor, and between the railroad tracks on the south and the City boundary on the north.
