Intended to provide for a variety of residential and non-residential uses, in vertically mixed-use, horizontally mixed-use, or single-use configurations with an urban character; and encourage vertical and horizontal mixed-use multi-story buildings with pedestrian friendly streetscapes, public amenities, and good access to public transportation.
