Arvada Park Advisory Committee

Overview

The Arvada Park Advisory Committee (APAC) was created in 1992 and was established to provide the Arvada City Council and Parks Department with valuable community input on priorities and community visions.

APAC is made up of a committed group of volunteers who work to further park initiatives in the Arvada community. At the most fundamental level, APAC is tasked with the important role of helping the City of Arvada implement the vision outlined in the Parks, Open Space and Trails Master Plan. APAC's primary function, as established by the Arvada City Council, is to recommend priorities to the Arvada City Council on projects, initiatives or policies related to public parks, open space and trails.
