Planning Commission

Overview

The Planning Commission serves as an advisory body to the City Council. The commission reviews annexations, rezonings, subdivisions, and planned unit developments, and formulates a long-range comprehensive plan.

Meeting Information

  • 6:15 pm
  • 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month
    If the 1st of the month falls on a Tuesday, the Commission will meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of that month.

Public comments can be emailed. The email must include the meeting date and the item that you are making comments on.

Board Details

  • 7 members
  • 4 year terms
  • Compensation: $100 per meeting
  • Must be a resident of Arvada to serve
