Park & School Land Dedication Fees
New residential units in the City are subject to park and trail dedications and fees-in-lieu, park development fees, and school land dedications and fees-in-lieu. Park and school land dedications or fees-in-lieu are calculated using a formula based on the acreage and density of the development. Park development fees are updated annually based on changes to the Consumer Price Index, the Construction Cost Index, and the Building Cost Index for the Denver metro region. Wet Utility Tap Fees
Any new water or sewer taps have an associated tap fee, which can be found on the Water and Sewer page under Resources. Tap fees are updated annually.
