Safe Transaction Zones

Arvada Police are pleased to offer Safe Transaction Areas at all three of our police stations for residents to conduct sales transactions. Stations lobbies are open and available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, for residents to use for their online purchase transactions.

Examples of Transactions

• Buying and selling from any online source etc.
• Automobile purchases (in the parking lot)
• Private-party transactions

Police Presence for Transactions

While officers cannot be present for transactions, there are police staff at the front desk during work hours and the lobby is under video monitoring. Officers will be going in and out of the buildings as part of their daily work.
