The City of Arvada is holding a donation drive to provide urgently needed items to unhoused individuals. Items collected during this donation drive will be provided to either unhoused adults in Arvada or migrants to the Denver metro area.
This donation drive will take place between Nov. 3 and Dec. 17.
Donation Locations - Donations will be accepted seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
at the following Arvada Police Community Stations:
City Hall/Police Headquarters (main entrance off 59th and Ammons St.)
Lake Arbor Community Station (8110 Vance Dr.)
West Woods Community Station: (6644 Kendrick Dr.)
Whisper Creek Community Station: (14360 W. 89th Dr.)
Items Needed
Cold weather items - for adult unhoused individuals in Arvada
New or gently used adult winter coats (larger sizes preferred)
New or gently used winter accessories such as hats, gloves and scarves
New socks
Basic needs items - for adult and child migrants in the Denver area
