Contact the cable company directly:

  • Set up cable service
  • Ask questions about your cable bill
  • Report a technical issue

Submit a service request only if you are having problems with your cable provider, and have been unable to resolve them with the company including:

  • Installations
  • Poor TV reception
  • Service calls or appointments
  • Poor customer service / courtesy via the phone or in person responding to issues, equipment, damaged pedestal or unburied cable in your yard, or if you would like to learn more about the franchise agreements or need more information
