How do I pay for these permits?: Once your permit has been approved you will be notified by email that your permit can be paid for by logging into your AEC account at Arvada Permits.

1. Do I need a license to perform this work?: Yes, you must have a current Municipal General Contractor license to be able to obtain a permit for this work. See our licensing page for more information.

2. How do I apply for these permits?: Applications are submitted electronically using the customer service portal Electronic applications are only available to licensed contractors. Remember you must include the necessary documentation (including traffic control plan). Applications without complete information will not be processed.
