Where are election signs allowed to be placed?

Signs cannot be:

  • located in the public right-of-way
  • attached to power poles, traffic signs, or utility boxes

Signs can be removed if they are placed:

  • in an unsafe position
  • on City-owned property
  • in the public right-of-way

Signs removed by City staff:

  • will be destroyed without notice
  • will not be relocated to an appropriate location for you
